You’ll stay in a very spacious suite (45 m²) on the 1st floor. The stylish guest room is at the front of the building, overlooking the canal and Van der Werfpark. This park is named after Pieter Adriaansz van der Werff, the mayor of Leiden at the time of the Siege of Leiden during the Eighty Years’ War. The ceiling with its green beams, the playful mirrors on the wall, the beautiful stucco, the splendid mantlepiece, the lowered historic wooden door to the bathroom and the double freestanding wash columns are surprising elements within the interior. Rembrandt Suite, nr. 11

The spacious suite (40 m²) is located at the rear of the building, on the 1st floor. You have direct access to the roof terrace, where you can enjoy views of the historic city centre. The Rembrandt was opened in 2019, 350 years after the death of the Leiden-born painter. His colour palette served as a source of inspiration for the design of the interior. Copper tones and emerald green, the unique mantlepiece and cocktail bar, marble and gold-coloured mosaics; they are the ingredients for a pleasant stay. Burcht Suite, nr. 12

The spacious suite (40 m²) is located on the 2nd floor, at the front of the building. The tastefully decorated guest accommodation is named after the Burcht, a characterful historic building in the centre of Leiden. Upon entering the suite you’ll experience its calm and luxurious appearance, with a green beamed ceiling and sandstone colours. The black marble bathroom with silver-coloured mosaic details, the large box spring with padded headboard and the inviting lounge sofa are a feast for your eyes. Van Hout Suite, nr. 13

The stately suite (35 m²) on the 2nd floor is named after Jan van Hout, the innovative city secretary who played an important role in the development of Leiden in the 2nd half of the 16th century. The Van Hout offers you a view of the attractive historic city centre. The restored roof and many oak details, combined with royal blue accents, ensure a regal look.
